Why Many Women Shouldn’t Drink Tea Often: Check If You Are In This Group!

Drinking tea is not only possible, but also necessary, doctors are sure, because it contains many useful trace elements. Do not forget that all varieties of tea contain an insidious component that has a serious impact on health.

From a nutritional point of view, pure water is considered the most useful drink for weight loss. It can be drunk in any quantity – as, indeed, herbal tea or herbal tea. However, recent studies indicate that classic black tea should not be ignored either. In general, black, green and other tea varieties come from the same Camellia sinensis tea plant. Thus, they have a similar effect on the body.

Let’s start with the general. Recently, scientists from Sichuan University in China reviewed 96 studies on tea and concluded that drinking this beverage can immediately benefit 40 different areas related to our health.

Most of all, tea affects the state of the intestines and the heart – both black and green, white and red. It also reduces the risk of developing diabetes. For all this you need to drink about 2-3 cups of unsweetened tea per day.

Of course, do not forget that because of the caffeine in tea, tooth enamel can darken and it will be more difficult to fall asleep at night. But this is not the main problem associated with a hot drink. All its varieties contain a component called tannin.

Tannin is a tannin with an antioxidant effect that improves the functioning of the digestive tract and has an antimicrobial effect. However, with a positive effect on the body, tannin slows down the absorption of iron. This is especially dangerous in the presence of iron deficiency anemia. And, unfortunately, millions of women have it to varying degrees!

In order to get the most out of the tea and not disturb the adsorption of iron, it is better to drink the drink at least 40-60 minutes after eating, especially if you additionally take preparations containing this microelement. If without tea during the main meals you feel completely unusual, try to prepare herbal preparations – without the content of tea leaves. In any case, they are healthier than classic tea. In addition, some herbs improve well-being after a heavy meal: they eliminate heartburn, bloating and have a calming effect.
