A year after Banijay Americas first partnered with Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively Pipeline Program Group Effort Initiative to help historically disadvantaged people find jobs on unwritten television, the two units formally signed the Employment Diversity Compact.

Reynolds and Lively sponsored and launched the GEI in August 2020. The program, run by partner companies Maximum Effort and B for Effort, seeks to bring people from historically excluded groups into the industry through educational training, mentorship and paid internships.
