The witcherseason 3 is finally showing!
Despite its success, The witcher can wait. The series, adapted from the literary saga by Andrzej Sapkowski, was launched on Netflix in December 2019. A creation by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich that quickly convinced subscribers to the streaming platform, despite a timeline that was not always obvious. However, it took two years to find it Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra and Freya Allan in the respective roles of Geralt, Yennefer and Ciri.
Here we are in April 2023, and still no season 3. But to calm our excitement, Netflix has finally unveiled a first teaser (video in an article). Images that portray a still very angry and apparently worried Geralt. We hear it in this promotional video: “Today, for the first time, I really understand what fear isNot the most reassuring for the Witcher who will have new enemies to face.
The Last Episodes of Henry Cavill
But he won’t be alone. We also find on these images Yennefer and Ciri. Except that the trio seems lost, like in a labyrinth, calling each other… A good appetizer to wait for first the broadcast of the third season of The witcher.
This is coming to Netflix June 29th. At least, for volume 1, since volume 2 will later be put online July 27th. Finally, note that these will be the last episodes with Henry Cavill, who will then be replaced by Liam Hemsworth. A decision by the production that obviously didn’t delight the viewers.
