Sol Pereyra invites everyone to enjoy “The Movie”

Sol Pereyra presents “The Movie”, his new and impressive musical production. In the words of the artist herself: “A concept album made up of shots, sequences and scenes. And they are the ones who end up shaping the songs.

From the hand of a beat that never goes unnoticed, which beats and marks the pulse with the tambora, the cajón, the percussions, the balafon, the guitars, the requintos, the winds and the strings, Sol presents an album from the heart worldbeat and very alternative, where he travels the roots of our continent in the middle of a deep journey that mixes electronics and analog, imprinting a deep imprint of the current crossbreeding.

In each song there is a very intimate search; a story told with words, sounds and images. History itself, that of those times; that of a voice in which resonate not only his guests but also any listener who wants to appropriate each of these compositions.

“The Film -adds Sol- was born from a journey from south to north, which led me to work with the Mexican producer Raúl Sotomayor”.

And she did not do it alone, since there are several guest artists among whom stand out: Kevin Johansen (Argentina), La Dame Blanche (Cuba/France) and Los Mirlos (Peru).
