Satiety is the feeling of a full stomach that a person experiences after eating. It can be caused by both physical and emotional saturation.

You can feel satiety, for example, after a whole cake or a kilo of sweets. But it is clear that your body will not receive useful substances in this case. A head of cabbage isn’t the healthiest choice either, as there are virtually no calories. For a while afterwards, you will feel full, but you will not get the necessary energy.

Saturation is a biological process that occurs in the body when it receives enough calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, and other important nutrients needed to maintain health and vitality.
