In fact, both lost weight on such a diet. Maxim lost 2.5 kg in two weeks, while Charlotte lost the same weight and even faster – in just one week.

However, this effect is easily explained: Charlotte gave up sugar, alcohol and all snacks, and Maxim ended up eating less (after all, he was saving money).

Of course, losing weight isn’t all that matters. For example, Landau admitted that in the end he felt a lack of nutrients and was waiting to return to a balanced diet.

But if you urgently need to cut the volume before beach season, keep this life hack in mind. The main thing is not to sit on such a diet all the time!
