6 bad summer habits that break your psyche: we all know them!

Ditch these simple habits so that this summer you not only look great, but also feel great!

If in the summer you do not feel a surge of energy, and you are also categorically dissatisfied with your reflection in the mirror, then this is a sign: change your bad habits for good ones! In an interview with one of the Russian publications, psychologist Roman Talanov explained what should be given up in the first place.

Do not take care! In our articles, we collect the latest scientific data and the opinions of authoritative health experts. But remember: only a doctor can diagnose and prescribe treatment.

Watch out for the sun

Too much sun can have a negative impact on the body in terms of general well-being and even affect the psyche. In the heat, we are more tired and suffer from headaches and sleep problems. Therefore, do not forget Panama and try to spend more time in the shade.

Sleep and eating disorders

A disturbed sleep and nutrition regimen is not the best way to reflect on both our appearance and our psycho-emotional state. In summer, favor vegetables and fruits while limiting the amount of meat in the diet. Remember to rest at least eight hours a day, even if you seem to be getting enough sleep.

Procrastinate less

For a year we develop a certain algorithm of the day, which we follow automatically. However, it becomes more difficult to observe the usual regime in the summer: you just want to postpone even the obligatory tasks until the fall. Don’t let yourself relax too much and always think about the consequences.

Don’t confuse priorities

Try not to rest completely and take some time to study or make plans for the future. This will make it easier for you to return from vacation to working days.

Take the time to chat live

Addiction to the Internet, television and unnecessary hobbies negatively affects the psyche and hinders development. Instead, take care of something useful and more pleasant: walks with family or friends, reading, exhibitions and outdoor concerts!

Don’t kill yourself in the beds

A dacha is wonderful, but you should not put all your strength into working in the garden. Do not overwork yourself, drink plenty of water and rest often in the shade. Don’t forget to instill the same habits in your parents!
