The rules were simple: there are foods allowed, you can only eat them for three weeks. In fact, it was a variation of a restrictive diet, but there was no need to count calories, and the list went on. This is how I discovered that I have a bad digest of gluten and dairy products.
At the end of this course, I lost 7 kilos and I shared my impressions. Then she continued to eat well, but without strict restrictions – and saw the result, which inspired new feats.
What am I eating now
Breakfast: egg whites, vegan lentil quinoa burger, cheese.
Lunch: chicken with unsalted dressing, brown rice and vegetables.
Dinner: Turkey or beef with cheese, broccoli, whole grain pasta.
Snacks: nuts, eggs, rice cakes.
My workouts
At first I didn’t train at all, because I just didn’t have the strength. Then I signed up for a beginner’s course and started studying at home. And, as often, she got involved.
Now I train 4-5 times a week and feel a huge boost of energy. Sometimes I just find interesting activities on the Internet and try new exercises.
What helped me
Reducing salt intake has become essential for me. I often had stomach pains, and after restricting salt and adding water to the diet, I was fine.
The training helped me a lot. Now I can walk safely with my husband in all conditions! We repeated and extended the walk in the mountains – and I didn’t even lose my breath. My husband said that now I am easy going, like a mountain goat.
I got rid of cravings for harmful foods and almost stopped eating poorly digested things.
Suddenly, I lost 40 kilos and I feel much better. I can safely catch up with the kids and climb the stairs with a 20 liter water bottle. I started to feel a lot better about myself, and everyone around me noticed!
