The South Korean version of La Casa de Papel will be released on Netflix on June 24
THE Netflix released this Friday, the 3rd, the trailer for La Casa de Papel: Korea, a new version of the hit streaming series. Following the same story as the Spanish production, a team is about to carry out a robbery, but this time, in South Korea.
On the record, we see the team being recruited for what will turn out to be one of the biggest heists of the century.
The best-known actor of La Casa de Papel: Korea will be Park Hae-soowhich comes from acting in round 6 (2022), the biggest hit in Netflix history. In the new version, the actor will assume the role of Berlinplayed by Pedro Alonso in Hispanic production.
The cast includes big names like Yoo Ji-tae, Kim Yunjin, Jun Jong-seo, Lee Won-jong, Kim Ji-hun, Jang Yoon-ju, Lee Hyun-woo, KimJi-hoon and Lee Kyu-ho.
The remake was announced in December by the streaming company at an event celebrating the end of the original series. In addition to the Korean version, the series will also get a spin-off from Berlin.
The new version has the script of Ryu Yong-jae and direction signed by Kim Hong-sun. La Casa de Papel: Korea will hit the Netflix catalog on June 24, 2022.
