The good news came as the Argentinian artist is touring Europe, performing live with Santabanda.
On this occasion, he was nominated in the category “Best musical composition of a series” for his work on The Las of Us for HBO.
The awards ceremony for the 75th Annual Excellence in Television Industry Awards will take place on September 18.
Oh, and it must be said that Santaolalla has experience: this is the second time he has been nominated. Previously, he was nominated for the awards in 2012, for his work on the ‘Hell on wheels’ series.
