Mystery in Venice : a third investigation for Kenneth Branagh
In 2017, Kenneth Branagh played the detective created by writer Agatha Christie for her most famous investigation with The crime of the Orient Express. Five years later, Hercule Poirot returns to service aboard a boat Death on the Nile. This year the cult character returns to the City of the Doges with Mystery in Venice, which follows the plot of the novel Halloween Crime (OR Pumpkin Festival).
A new story during which Hercule Poirot attends a séance led by Michelle Yeoh and which turns into a nightmare, as the new trailer reveals. While tracking down the culprit or perpetrators of a murder, the detective is faced with terrifying visions. And in the face of these unpublished images, the ghosts even seem to want to chase him.
Camille Cottin, Kelly Reilly, Jamie Dornan, Tina Fey, Riccardo Scamarcio, Kyle Allen and Emma Laird complete the film’s international cast. Mystery in Venice East to be discovered in cinemas from 13 September 2023. In the meantime, find the new trailer at the top of the list.
