One Piece: Netflix’s live-action series is on its way
Netflix gets fans excited with a tantalizing second trailer for the highly anticipated live-action series A piecebased on the hit manga and anime of the same name by Eiichiro Oda. Scheduled for August 31stthis series promises a high seas adventure full of humor and action.
As a reminder, the ultra-popular manga around the world tells the legendary epic of Monkey D. Luffy, a young adventurer determined to live in total freedom. In his search for the legendary “One Piece” treasure that would make him the pirate king, Luffy must assemble his dream crew. and embark on a perilous journey, battling the navy and its fearsome rivals.
The cast of the series includes Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Gibson as Usopp and Taz Skylar as Sanji.

The new trailer gives us a taste of classic scenes from the anime, faithfully recreated in live-action, arousing the enthusiasm of the fans. Luffy can be seen in action with his elastic abilities, as well as encounters with well-known antagonists such as Buggy the Clown and Arlong the Fishman.
