Then I got a call on my cell phone from my mom, my producer, who said, ‘What did you do?’ And I was like, ‘I don’t know, whatever my publicist told me to do in the photo shoot. I did a photo shoot for Max! It’s Maxim, of course you’ll be in your panties.

Right away, Melissa Joan Hart was asked by the presenters if any legal action was taken. “No, nothing came of it. They had no base to stand on,” she replied. “I wrote a letter of apology and it’s all gone.”

Finally, the actress also revealed how her father came to comfort her about the whole situation. “He came up to me and said, ‘Are you okay?’ I wasn’t and he started hugging me, I was being fired from my show, I had just been fired from the movie and broke up with my boyfriend.”
