Raw vegetables are considered healthy foods – and it’s true: they contain vitamins, fiber and minerals. However, they are not suitable for breakfast. The fact is that it is a particular load for digestion and the stomach can rebel if you consume them on an empty stomach.
Fruit yogurt is in our opinion a typical breakfast. However, fasting yogurt is only partially helpful. The reason for this is that the beneficial lactic acid bacteria found in yogurt are not absorbed properly on an empty stomach. Instead, harsh stomach acid kills everything good before it reaches the intestines. However, there is a trick here: prepare your stomach and eat a few nuts, a piece of avocado or a spoonful of oatmeal in advance.
Bananas provide the body with important nutrients, but they should not be eaten on an empty stomach. Bananas, like other foods containing glucose, cause an increase in blood sugar levels. After a while, however, it quickly goes down again, which can lead to the fact that during the day you have to fight cravings for unhealthy snacks.
