Dixit: Disney Edition features 84 letters and illustrations by Natalie Dombois
Galapagos announced new version of Dixit with iconic characters from disneytitled Dixit: Disney Edition. The launch is scheduled for September 15, 2023.
It is worth highlighting how the board game has illustrated cards, inspired by animations and characters from disney and the pixarfrom classics like The Steam Willie (1928) to more recent productions, such as Red: Growing up is a Beast (2022).
With 84 different cards, the illustrations, made by Natalie Dombois, took approximately two years to complete. It is still possible to enhance the game with the other expansions (there are nine in total, each with 84 cards.
At the Dixitaccording to the official website of Galapagosis for the player to tell “a story: choose a card and give a tip to the participants, but be careful, not everyone can find out which card is yours! Besides, they will try to steal votes using cards that are close to your idea. “
