Disneyland Paris: the new land dedicated to Frozen has been revealed and it is magical

Frozen is coming soon to Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris fans have been asking for something new for years and Avengers Campus, the (small) territory dedicated to Marvel, wasn’t enough to quench their thirst. But don’t worry: the expansion plan of the Walt Disney Studios park, which began in 2018, continues its course, and the area dedicated to Frozen reveals something more. The good news is that it will be relatively large and will feature several attractions, while also featuring the latest animatronic technology.

It was during D23, which was held last weekend at Walt Disney World in Florida, that the company provided an update on construction at Disneyland Paris. A presentation video has been released. You can find out below. We begin with work on the Disneyland hotel, and then continue with work on the Frozen area:

We therefore note that the kingdom of Arendelle is taking shape at the Walt Disney Studios park, with the first facades of the royal village and above all the castle. The snow-capped mountain, Elsa’s kingdom, also takes shape. All this new space will be distributed around a large central lagoon. Brand new concept art shows this area after dark, with lights illuminating Arendelle:

If the area opens its doors in Disneyland Paris in just a few years, the world of Frozen will open up from November 20th at Disneyland Hong Kong and the work is already finished, which allows us to discover something more about what awaits us through sumptuous images of the enchanting place:

A one-minute video shot at night offers more information about these magical places:

What attractions await us?

The Frozen area at Disneyland Paris will be similar to the one opening in two months in Hong Kong. We can therefore already know the attractions that will soon delight visitors to the two parks. First of all there will be A roller coaster family baptized (in English) Sliding wandering sleds in oak, which will take guests on an adventure around the mountains of Arendelle that begins with the meeting of two fan-favorite characters: Olaf and Sven. Check out the first images of the attraction below:

The second attraction will be a boat ride through the snowy landscapes of the kingdom of Arendelle, with the highlight of the show being meeting Elsa in her castle. This attraction will be an updated version of the ride currently operating at Epcot at Walt Disney World. The characters will be significantly improved, with extraordinary animatronics, like Elsa’s, revealed a few months ago:

Finally, adults and children will be able to discover Anna and Elsa’s childhood bedroom where magical events will take place. A first concept art of the named place The little house in the woods it was revealed:
