Consumables 4 : Sly’s farewell
In 2021, as he completes filming onConsumables 4 (OR Expend4bles) by Scott Waugh (Need for speed), Sylvester Stallone assures on Instagram that the time has come to lay down our weapons. Eleven years after making the first work with which he brought together many emblematic faces of action cinema, Sly declares on the social network thatnow it’s “time to pass the baton to Jason (Statham) and his expert hands”.

If it introduces new characters played by Megan Fox, 50 Cent, Tony Jaa or even Andy Garcia, Expend4bles it should therefore be also Sylvester Stallone’s Last Stand as Barney Ross. From the first images it emerged that the leader of the mercenaries should have at least participated in a muscular battle. A new excerpt also reveals a bar fight in which Barney Ross and Lee Christmas (Jason Statham) find themselves facing off against a group of slightly troubled men.
While Ross patiently waits for his friend and colleague to finish his speech while sipping his beer, the latter calmly puts on the brass knuckles as he lectures his future adversaries, who obviously don’t know who they’re dealing with. In addition to Sylvester Stallone and Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren and Randy Couture will also return in this fourth part.
