Audrey Fleurot is back in a new series
After the success of the series HPI on TF1, Audrey Fleurot returns in a completely new program, this time on France 2. Indeed, the series Infiltrator begins this Monday 25 September with the airing of the first two episodes. And the actress is on familiar ground as the program was dreamed up by the makers of A French villagethe series that revealed Audrey Fleurot to the public.
Infiltrator: what is the plot of this new series?
In this new show broadcast on France 2, Audrey Fleurot plays Aurélie, a police chemist, who raises her son alone after the death of her partner. When Commissioner Max Vernet, played by Thierry Neuvic, asks for his expertise to investigate UBH, a dangerous synthetic drug that is rampant on the market and is already causing havoc, Aurélie has no idea that she will soon be found at the center of an infiltration operation within a trafficking network.
But, to save her son trapped in a dangerous situation, Aurélie finds herself trapped and Vernet, without scruples, will not do her any favors. Her only way out: collaborate with Max, adopt Valérie’s identity and penetrate the world of traffickers. But faced with Nikita, played by Bogdan Zamfir, and Jesus, played by Sumaï Cardenas, who run the network from Marseille, will chemistry really have any chance of completing its mission?
The infiltration device allows dramatization at all times since, to save her son, an almost ordinary woman, played by Audrey Fleurot, will live under a false identity, in a permanent lie, which puts her life at risk, as well as that of those who surrounds and his psychological balance.
Frédéric Krivine confided, the author of the series.
For Emmanuel Daucé, producer of the program, it’s all about education :
Beyond the social theme of anti-narcotics policy and the danger that these new synthetic drugs represent for young people, Infiltré(e) is a series about education. The legacy we leave to our children, the vision of the world we give them, the value of the example, all these topics are addressed at the level of the characters, drugs become a metaphor for the traumas we transmit despite the US
What do the first reviews say about Infiltré(e)?
How much is it worth? Infiltrator ? Before the first two episodes of the series air this Monday 25 September, find out what the specialized press thinks about it. For our colleagues at TV for leisureit’s a success:
If the fast pace of the series, whose action we feel the need to condense, detracts a little, the allegorical side of this fiction makes it more of a fairy tale than a classic detective series.
For Pointthe beginning of the series is a bit laborious, and you have to wait until the fourth episode for the problems to be resolved:
We have to wait for the fourth work and the actual infiltration for the series to acquire depth and intensity. The story then becomes compelling and empathy for its ambivalent, but ultimately endearing characters comes into full play.
From the part of Southwestthe series with Audrey Fleurot is not convincing, and”misses the point“, despite a great promise at the start.
Finally, for our colleagues atAlloCinéif the series takes time to start, “Infiltrated remains an effective thriller based on a pair of actors who work wonderfully“.
