Second adaptation of the comics Scott Pilgrimwritten and created by Bryan Lee O’Malley, Scott Pilgrim: The Series promises to have great visual spectacle in the episodes, especially in the fight scenes. According to the co-creator BenDavid Grabinskithe production, if it were a live-action film, “would cost more than Avatar.”

During an interview with Empire, Grabinski talked about what to expect from the animation, also created by O’Malleyand which is scheduled to premiere on November 17, 2023 in the catalog of Netflix. “There is a long fight sequence in episodes 2 and 3 that, if it were a live-action film, would cost more than Avatar (2009),” he said. “It would be unbelievably big. But we don’t need to think that way. We are not limited [a isso].”
