As they prepare to open Jorge Drexler’s concerts at Arena Stadium and his presentation on October 12 at CC. Konex, Calequi and Las Panteras present “A City of Glass”.
This new single, with stellar performance by Facundo Balta, Jorge Drexler, Niña Lobo and lyrics by Pedro Mairalis part of Calequi and Las Panteras’ upcoming studio album, which will be titled “Mezcla Rica.”
It will be an album of integration, of mixing elements which together create the unusual, which is born without labels or categories.
“A City of Glass” is one of 12 Love Songs for 13 cities in the album and organic and dreamy collaborations such as Lido Pimienta, Francisco, el hombre, Xoël López and many others.
Calequi, for those who don’t know yet, is Jorge Drexler’s musical director and guitarist, as well as writer, producer and multi-instrumentalist.
