LOL: Whoever laughs, goes out! the box full of Prime Video

Series LOL: Whoever laughs, goes out! broadcast from 2021 in France is an adaptation of the Japanese show Hitoshi Matsumoto presents the documentary. The concept is simple, but terribly effective: gather a group of actors and comedians in the same room and challenge them not to laugh for a specific period. Whoever laughs is eliminated.

Over the seasons, the show has won the hearts of French audiences, largely thanks to its star-studded cast and hilarious moments (even if filming can be complicated for some participants). The third season, in particular, was a phenomenal success, becoming the most watched program in France on Prime Video. It must be said that the parade of stars lined up was impressive, starting with Pierre Niney and Jonathan Cohen who attracted a large audience.

A new season comes with surprises

Season 4 of LOL: Whoever laughs, goes out! It is expected from October 26th on Prime Video. And as we announced a few months ago, a new rule will appear. But that is not all. In fact, it is a season designed specifically for Halloween. It was also renamed LOL: Whoever shouts, gets out!

As you may have guessed, in this new edition, Furthermore, participants should not shout, at risk of being eliminated. And since this is a particularly exciting season, there will be no shortage of opportunities. Familiar faces such as Hakim Jemili, Audrey Fleurot, Fadily Camara, Bérengère Krief, Ahmed Sylla, Kyan Khojandi, Camille Lellouche and Gérard Darmon, who have already participated in the Prime Video show, return for this special edition, armed with experience and ready to face this double challenge.

The classic rules remain: yellow cards for warning, red cards for elimination and the feared wildcards. But this season, added Philippe Lacheau a terrifying touch with the “blackout” button, capable of immersing the room in total darkness, thus reserving unexpected surprises.

Participants will have to use strategy, remaining calm in the face of daunting challenges as they attempt to destabilize opponents with jokes, punchlines, pranks and other traps. The last person in the running, resisting all the attacks and traps, will win 150,000 euros which he will donate to an association of his choice.

The first three episodes will be available on Prime Video on October 26th, while the last two will arrive on November 2nd.
