Study conducted by the agency Whip Media evaluates all streaming available in the United States
Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max…among so many subscription film and series catalog options, the question is always the same: which is the best streaming platform today? The agency Whip Media found.
At the Streaming Satisfaction Report, the survey carried out with people between 18 and 54 years old, analyzes which of the platforms available on the market make the public most satisfied. The study was carried out between July 7th and 16th, 2023, with 2,011 people in the United States.
For those interviewed, the most satisfying streaming of all is HBO Max (which is already called just Max in North America). Already the Huluwhich is not available in Brazil, but its contents are subsidized by Star+took second place.
While the Netflix, responsible for the expansion in streaming services, ranked sixth. Despite this, streaming was the main choice of respondents both in terms of user experience and programming suggestions for subscribers.
The study also points out that satisfaction among first-tier streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+ It is Max) is in decline, while intermediary services (Apple TV+, Hulu, Peacock, Amazon’s Prime Video It is Paramount+) increased in overall satisfaction due to improvements in content quality, product variety and value.
