A remake of evasion in development
The announcement was just made by the streaming platform Hulu, and will delight fans of the adventures of Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows: a remake of evasion prepare ! The popular series, which aired between 2006 and 2009, told the story of how Michael Scofield, a talented engineer, was voluntarily incarcerated in the same prison as his brother Lincoln, Fox River Penitentiary, to make him escape.
Supported in particular by Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell, evasion it went through five seasons and a TV movie before retiring. Extremely popular during its airing, the prison show will then return, as reported by Variety.

A new casting for a new escape
Some information has been revealed. First, the two main actors from the original series we will not return. It will therefore be about new actors to play new characters, and it therefore remains to be seen who they will be. Then, this new project evasion is written by Elgin James, co-creator and showrunner of the series Maya MCspin-off of the series Sons of anarchy. Finally, we find the creators of the original series, Dawn Olmstead, Paul Scheuring, Marty Adelstein and Neal Moritz in production.
evasion was a very important series in the audiovisual panorama of the late 2000s. Its cast brought together, in addition to Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell, talents such as Robin Tunney, Peter Stormare, Amaury Nolasco and Robert Knepper, who played the character terrifying Theodore “T-Bag” Bagwell. To do justice to this, we can therefore hope that the new series has significant resources. And then build such a talented cast, for exciting new escape projects.
For the moment, still in the early stages of its development, the new series does not have a start date for filming.
