The new year of the Amazon Prime Video series does not yet have a premiere date
The first season of Gen V came to an end on November 3rd, but the events of the last episode will serve as a trigger for the beginning of the 4th season of The Boysfrom which it is derived, confirmed the showrunner of main production, Eric Kripke.
“In our heads, it’s just a few days after whatever happened in Gen V“he declared, adding that the idea is to keep the timeline of both series as simple as possible, without making it too complicated for fans, as happens in other superhero stories.
“It’s like having the third season of The Boys and, right after that, that’s when it happens Gen Vand then the fourth season of The Boys it happens. Then, the second season of Gen V it happens. It’s much more like a train carriage than a plate of spaghetti.”Kripke explained.
Gen Vexplores the lives of young superheroes, students at Godolkin University, run by Vought International, putting their physical, sexual and moral limits to the test as they compete for the best contracts to perform in the best cities, just like the heroes of The Boys.
