Mrs. Web : Sony reveals the trailer
Initially scheduled for February 14, 2024, Mrs. Web is finally revealed with a first trailer, put online by Sony Pictures. The film, from the Marvel universe, Cassandra Webb will follow. As we can see in these images (video on the front page of the article), the protagonist is an ambulance driver who sees her life turned upside down after an accident. She died for a few moments, she is brought back to life by her colleague.

This antagonist is Ezekiel Sims, who has the same powers as Spider-Man. Hence this close-up outfit. But he’s not the only one who remembers Spider-Man as teenage girls are actually superheroes too. Julia Carpenter is none other than Spider WomanAnya Corazon calls herself Spider-Girl and Martha Franklin is also a version of Spider-Woman.

While this trailer shows a lot, we admit we’re a little lost in the story it will offer Mrs. Web and how all these characters will be introduced. According to the United States, Ezekiel is able to travel through time and in the future (when he has white hair), he faced Spider-Woman and Spider-Girl. She returns at a time when they don’t yet have the powers to eliminate them, but she will face Cassandra Webb.
Otherwise, the film seems visually rather reassuring. Plus, the actresses on screen seem quite involved. First we find Dakota Johnson in the main role. Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced and Celeste O’Connor play the three teenage girls/superheroines, while French Tahar Rahim he plays the villain of the story. We can also see Adam Scott, while Emma Roberts, although announced in the casting, does not appear for the moment.
