Pretty Little Liars: A New Sin arrives on HBO Max on July 28, 2022
Pretty Little Liars: A New Sin (2022), a reboot of the 2010s teen series, won its first teaser this Wednesday, 15th. The video for the new version has the track “Secrets,” from the band The Pierceswhich was the original production’s opening theme.
The reboot takes place in the fictional town of Millwood, which has been the target of a series of tragic events in the past. The plot will focus on a new group of friends who are haunted by a stalker mystery that threatens them to pay for their parents’ sins as well as their own.
Bailee Madison, Chandler Kinney, Zaria, Malia Pyles and Maia Reficco will be the protagonists of the new version, which also has Mallory Bechtel, Sharon Leal, Elena Goode, Lea Salonga, Eric Johnson and Alex Aiono in the cast.
Pretty Little Liars: A New Sin has production and script Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa (riverdale and The Chilling World of Sabrina), with co-production and script by Lindsay Calhoon Bring (The Chilling World of Sabrina).
The series premiere will be a little different from most productions. The first three episodes come to HBO Maxon the 28th of July. Then two more chapters will be released on August 4th, two more on the 11th, and finally the last three on August 18th.
