Escort guys arrives on Prime Video
Amazon Prime Video has revealed the trailer forEscort guys, his next French series. We owe it to Ruben Alves (his first series), director among others of To miss (2020). The director is once again interested in bodies, but this time with four troubled kids who will find a fun way to solve their problems. It will all start with Ben, back in the Camargue after his father’s death.
Wanting first and foremost to revive his father’s small beekeeping business, he discovered that one of his friends, Mathias, who worked with his father, make ends meet by selling her body. Initially repelled by this, Ben will eventually take the plunge escortingwith Ludo and Zack, and their little sister Charly to train them, with the aim of saving the family home.
A fantastic trailer
As can be seen in the trailer (video in the article), Escort guys announces itself heat. The series isn’t afraid to show the quartet in action. Ruben Alves clearly enjoyed undressing his four actors, represented as “normal” boys, and above all initially very uncomfortable in this new profession. This is where the comedy of the series should come from, with certain deliberately clichéd shots to highlight the plasticity of these escort boys.
The proposal is intriguing, even with a cast made up of faces who are generally little-known. The four friends are played by Guillaume Labbé (Plan of the heart)Thibaut Evrard (Bullet lost), Corentin Fila (When you are 17) and Simon Ehrlacher (Irresistible), while Charly is played by Marysole Fertard (The Royal Way). There will also be important cameos from Rossy de Palma, Carol BouquetCaterina Murino or even Zahia Dehar.
Consisting of six episodes of 40 minutes each, Escort guys will be available on Amazon Prime Video from December 22nd.
