Ryan Murphy’s Anthology Series Follows Bill Clinton’s Impeachment
IImpeachment: American Crime Storythird season of the award-winning series Ryan Murphy will finally arrive on Brazilian soil sooner than the public imagines. O Star+ revealed that the anthological production will enter its catalog this Wednesday, June 22nd.
The new year of the series chronicles the case of Bill Clinton with the 22-year-old White House intern, Monica Lewinsky and the consequences that resulted in the first impeachment of an American president, told through the eyes of the women involved in the plot.
Impeachment: American Crime Story also adapts the book A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a Presidentauthored by Jeffrey Toobin.

American Crime Story is an anthology, that is, each season tells a new story, but always within the same theme and with some repeated actors playing different characters. The series’ plots feature fictional recreations of famous real crimes and events in United States history, such as the trial of O.J Simpsonentitled The People vs. OJ Simpson (2016) and the murder of Gianni Versace in 2018.
