Percy Jackson and the olympians came to an end with the debut of “The prophecy is fulfilled”, eighth and final episode of the first season, and featured a post-credits scene, unlike previous episodes, which only featured scenes from the next chapters. In the last episode of the series, we see that Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell, The Adam Project) managed to fulfill his mission and rescued his mother from the domains of Hades (Jay Duplass, Transparent), the god of the underworld, where she had been trapped after the fight with the Minotaurat the beginning of the story.
In the post-credits scene of “The prophecy is fulfilled”we discovered that the demigod’s mother, Sally Jackson (Virginia Kull, Big Little Lies) filed for divorce from Gabe Ugliano (Timm Sharp, Undeclared), with whom she was married only to protect her son, since her now ex-husband has such a strong smell that he is even capable of hiding the existence of a son from Poseidon (Toby Stephens, 007 – A New Day to Die), as is the case of Percy.
In the extra sequence, Gabe returns to the old apartment where they lived and talks on the phone, complaining about the divorce, while trying to force entry into the place, which had its lock changed by Sally. Without success, he is about to leave, but ends up noticing a box on the floor, with the words “Return to Sender”, sent by the Olympian gods to Percy Jackson.
He takes the mail and starts opening the box. We do not see the content, but we watch Gabe comment on its strangeness before, little by little, it began to turn into stone, revealing that, inside the package, there was the head of the Jellyfish (Jessica ParkerKennedy, The Flash), defeated by Percy and your friends.
