Having good news is always important. And having two is a luxury. And that’s what happens with Turf, who present “Allí Donde Solimos Gritar”, alongside Love Of Lesbian, and also announce their first show in Buenos Aires in 2024.
“There Where We Used to Scream” is a new version of the Spanish group’s classic originally released in 2009 on the album “1999 (or how to generate snow fires with a magnifying glass by focusing on the moon)”.
Written and composed by Love of Lesbian singer Santi Balmes, this song fits perfectly into Turf’s repertoire which identifies with the style and lyrics expressed in the song.
“Last year, while we were preparing for our first European tour, the name Love of Lesbian came up, a legendary Spanish band with a song we loved. This is where the idea of making a version of the subject and generate a historic cultural crusade”said Joaquín Levington.
In addition to starting the year with a new theme, it is said: Turf also announces the first fair of 2024 in the city of Buenos Aires: it will be on May 24 at the emblematic Teatro Coliseowhere they will revisit their iconic album “Una Pila de Vida”, covering it from start to finish.
