Netflix enriches its catalog with a notable addition: Crossroads, the film that marked pop superstar Britney Spears’ only foray into the world of cinema. A bittersweet experience for Britney Spears
In her memoirs published last October, the pop star returns to the experience of Crossroads.
She shared her difficulties with method acting, the famous “method acting”, which had profoundly affected her. Britney Spears thus admitted that she was unable to detach herself from her character, which influenced her behavior far beyond the film set.
“Some people engage in method acting, but they are usually conscious of doing so. I had no separation,” she explained, revealing how disturbing this experience had beento the point of changing his approach, his behavior and his way of speaking.
