Why We Should Never Finish Yesterday’s Tea: The Shocking Truth!

The Chinese, being great connoisseurs of tea, will never allow themselves to drink a beverage a day after brewing it. And there are reasons for this: it turns out that after a few hours the tea almost turns into a poison for our body.

Why We Should Never Finish Yesterday’s Tea: The Shocking Truth!

Many of us don’t mind drinking brewed tea the night before in the morning, preheating it in the microwave, or adding boiling water to a mug. However, in reality, it is categorically impossible to do so, and here is why!

Scientists have come to the conclusion that already 15 minutes after brewing tea, harmful substances are formed in it. Yesterday’s tea is completely deprived of all useful enzymes and vitamins: in their place, fungal spores and dangerous bacteria begin to actively multiply in the drink.

Determining the presence of these same bacteria in tea is very simple. If the drink is covered with a thin film, signaling oxidative processes, then you can no longer drink it. The use of yesterday’s tea threatens with a number of unpleasant consequences for our body.

The film on the drink envelops the walls of the stomach and intestines and thus prevents the entry of nutrients into the human body. So, yesterday’s tea can provoke not only the formation of ulcers, gastritis and pancreatitis, but also cause allergies, as well as bleeding gums, cramps and dizziness.

Are you drinking yesterday’s tea?

Yes quite often

No, I always brew fresh

By the way, for true connoisseurs of Chinese tea, yesterday’s tea is taboo. They argue their refusal to drink it by the presence of “poison” in it. And in a sense, the Chinese are even right, because stale tea leaves will certainly not bring any benefit to our body.
