Lolla: The Story of Lollapalooza is scheduled to premiere on May 22, 2024 in the Brazilian streaming catalog Paramount+
Entitled Lolla: The Story of Lollapaloozaa three-episode documentary series about more than 30 years of Lollapaloozaone of the main music festivals in the world, received an official trailer and debut in the catalog of Paramount+.
It is worth remembering that the release date is not scheduled for May 22, 2024. The production is directed by Michael John Warren and shows the creation of the event Perry Farrellvocalist and frontman of Jane’s Addictionfrom a festival focused on punk to hosting several global names, annually at Grant Parkin Chicago.
“When I started Lollapaloozait was a farewell to the Jane’s Addiction,” he stated Farrell in the trailer. The documentary series also features interviews with names like Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails), Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine), Lars Ulrich (Metallica), Ice-T, Chance the Rapperbetween others.
When the Lolla was released in 1991, the concert industry seemed like a boring car ride that was running out of gas.
