Spectacular new images from Megalopolis

After a fascinating first teaser, an excerpt from a single almost silent sequence, Megalopolis shows much more in a new trailer (video at the top of the article), a few dozen hours before the official screening in competition at 77th Cannes Film Festival.

The synopsis of Francis Ford Coppola’s new film is now known and these new images finally detail the plot. Architect Cesar Catalina, gifted with the power to act in time, confronts Mayor Frank Cicero. Two visions of a futuristic city to be rebuilt, and more generally to be rebuilt, the City, or human society as a whole.
