Even before the premiere of the fourth year, on June 13th, the streaming platform confirmed that the series will gain new episodes
The fourth season of The BoysPrime Video’s hit series, is still weeks away from debuting, but that didn’t stop the streaming platform from announcing that production has been renewed for its fifth year. “Do you hear that noise? It’s the 5th season of The Boys confirmed!”announced the service this Tuesday (14) on social media.

Recently, the platform released the first trailer for the 4th season of The Boysin which we discovered that Billy Bruto (Karl Urban) wants to intensify attacks against Vought’s stellar superheroes, while the Captain Homeland (Anthony Starr) is preparing to take over the world with chaos and violence. Adapted from the eponymous comic book series created by Garth Ennis It is Darick Robertson, The Boys shows a reality in which Earth is inhabited by superheroes. However, despite being inspirations for humanity, these protectors are not as good as expected and hide a sinister side, which Billy Butcher, Hughie Campbell (Jack Quaid) and your friends are dying to expose it.
In the fourth season, which premieres in June 13 with three episodes released at once, “Victoria Neuman (Claudia Doumit) is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the rule of Captain Homelandwhich is consolidating its power”says the official synopsis.
“Billy Brutowith only a few months left to live, lost his son Becca (Shantel VanSanten) and his job as leader of The Boys. The rest of the team is fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they must find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.”the text continues.
