Netflix: new films released online from 10 to 16 June
After a first week focused on sharks, also the arrival of the film Under the Seine which is enjoying great success all over the world, it’s time to start a new week on Netflix with its load of new releases. So New movies land on the platform between Monday 10 June and Sunday 16 June 2024?
Let’s start with an arrival that will please fans of the One Piece saga with the release of One Piece Movie: Red released in theaters in August 2022, and coming to Netflix this Tuesday 11 June.
Fifteenth feature film in the saga, the film focuses on a new character, Uta, who is a famous singer and daughter of the legendary pirate Shanks. Events unfold around of a great concert where Uta reveals a secret that could shake the pirate world. The Straw Hats, led by Luffy, find themselves involved in an adventure full of music, mysteries and epic battles.
Still on the anime side, the film Ultraman: On the Rise will be available to Netflix subscribers on June 14. The film follows Ken Sato, a superstar baseball player who returns to Japan to become the latest hero to don the mantle of Ultraman. But his plans go awry when he is forced to raise a newborn kaiju monster, who is none other than the son of his greatest enemy.
Finally, three new additions are announced by Netflix for this week: comedy Have you fished? the crazy film with Ramzy Bedia will arrive on June 11th Crazy Bear will be added on the 15th, and the drama Our opposite stars it will become part of the catalog on the same day.
New series
As for series, the big news of the week is the arrival of the highly anticipated part 2 of the third season of The Bridgerton Chronicles. The new episodes will be released online on June 13th.
For cycling enthusiasts, the second season of the documentary series Tour de France: at the heart of the peloton will arrive on June 11th.
And last news that could bring a surprise: Doctor Climaxa new series from Thailand, which will be added on June 13th.
