A romantic comedy inspired by the relationship of Taylor Swift It is Travis Kelce is in production. According to the EntertainmentWeekly (via NME), the Christmas romance will be called Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story.

Filming will begin in July in Kansas City, Missouri. Some scenes will be recorded at Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs — the American football team in which Kelce play — and where Swift presented shows from The Eras Tour in July 2023.

The production is a partnership between the NFL and Hallmark Channel. The film will star Tyler Hynes, Hunter KingIt is Ed Begley Jr.

Alana (King) is certain that her family’s long history as Kansas City Chiefs superfans makes her a strong candidate to win the team’s Fan of the Year contest. Derrick (Hynes), director of fan engagement, is tasked with evaluate how Alana and her family will come out on top of other finalists. As the two spend time together, it becomes clear that there is a spark between them. When Alana’s (Begley) grandfather’s old Chiefs hat goes missing, however, she begins to doubt everything she believed about destiny and begins to question her future with Derrick — and that’s where the magic of Christmas comes in.
