The video was directed by Nuno Gomes and was shot in sequence, without a single cut or edit. It tells the story of a girl who had a toxic romantic relationship where the boy was unfaithful to her.
As the clip progresses, we discover that the girl decides to give him a second chance, but her memories are also observed and how those will determine her final decision. Hanna and Ashley are present to witness this relationship, always supporting the protagonist.
