Actress revealed her desire to play the Disney character and enter the world of musicals
Anya Taylor-Joyknown for her roles in The Queen’s Gambit and Mad Maxexpressed her interest in playing Elsa in a possible live-action Frozen. The actress mentioned this desire during an interview for Vogue Hong Kongwhere he also spoke about his desire to participate in a musical.
I wanted to do a musical because I’m obsessed with my work and I love the challenge of completing seemingly impossible tasks. I find that incredibly motivating, so the idea of being able to sing, dance and act at the same time is really exciting.”
Although the Disney not having officially confirmed a live-action Frozenthe actress revealed that this would be the production that would excite her the most.
Anya also mentioned that playing Elsa would be a way to entertain her nephews:

Jennifer left fans curious when she mentioned that the new sequels will raise many questions about the protagonist’s past. “We showed a slide that said we have a lot of questions. One of them was: who gave Elsa her powers? Another question was: what happened to those who were mentioned today? We put a lot of questions there that will be answered.”
The process of creating Frozen 3 and Frozen 4 is still in its early stages, where ideas are being tested and developed. Jennifer Lee explained that the team recently showed concept art made by Brittany Lee. This art helps inspire and guide the team, but it does not represent the final look of the films. It is an initial step to explore different ideas before defining what will be seen in theaters.
