The novelty, which does not yet have a release date, will be based on Midnight Sunthe fifth book in the saga, which retells the story from the point of view of Edward Cullen.
According to the streaming platform, Midnight Sun will count on Stephenie Meyerauthor of the books of Duskas executive producer of the new series. Initially, the series will focus only on the story of the book of the same name, which is a version of Duskresponsible for starting the romance between Edward and Bella Swanbut nothing prevents that, if it is a success, the other books — New moon, Eclipse and Dawn — are also revisited in new seasons.
