Disney+ launches, this Wednesday, September 25th, the miniseries Come back Priscillawhich recalls the disappearance of Priscilla Belfortfighter’s sister Victor Belfortin January 2004 in downtown Rio de Janeiro.
Civil servant, Priscilla disappeared at the age of 29, on January 9, 2004, around 1 pm, in the middle of work at the Municipal Department of Sports and Leisure of Rio de Janeiro, on Avenida Presidente Vargas.
For the next twenty years, the mother of Priscilla, Jovita Belfortbegan a relentless search for her daughter, with the help of her fame Victor Belfortwho was on the rise as an MMA fighter at the time, but the young woman was never found.
Now, the documentary miniseries reinforces the fight by recalling the case, in four episodes, based on testimonies from family members, friends and experts, in addition to bringing theories about the disappearance and never-before-seen images of the case. Watch the trailer:
