LOL: Prime Video’s hit series is coming back soon
We no longer present the series LOL: Whoever laughs, gets out!airing on Prime Video from April 1, 2021. This program, which combines humor and competition, has quickly become a must-see on the platform in France. Inspired by the Japanese concept Documentary by Hitoshi Matsumoto, LOL: Whoever laughs, gets out! It is an elimination game in which comedians must hold back their laughter at all costs, while trying to make their opponents laugh.
Each season, a dozen celebrities from the world of comedy compete in an enclosed space, under camera surveillance. The goal is simple: don’t laugh. Participants compete with jokes, sketches and facial expressions to make the competitors give up. Anyone who bursts out laughing is immediately eliminated from the game. The winner wins a sum of money that they donate to an association of their choice.
After a special Halloween season 4, LOL: Whoever laughs, come out! returns soon with the fifth season and a brand new cast, just announced by Prime Video.

It will be difficult to do better in terms of casting than the record-breaking season 3 of LOL. However, Prime has more ideas and has lined up a high-level cast for its fifth season. On the occasion of the presentation of this content scheduled for the next few months, the streaming platform has revealed the names of ten comedians who will try to take up the challenge of not laughing in the show always presented by Philippe Lacheau.
We will find: Artus, Camille Chamoux, Jerome Niel, Fatou Kaba, Cédric Doumbe, Muriel Robin, Vincent Dedienne, Marina Rollman, Alexandre Kominek and Fred Testot.
