Juror n.2 : A trailer for Clint Eastwood’s 40th film
At 94 years old, Clint Eastwood it has lost none of its effectiveness. The director got into the habit of shooting one after the other and putting his films together in a short time. His method obviously hasn’t changed though his 40th feature film, Juror n.2which should be his last achievement. Announced in March 2023, the film then began filming in June. Without the strike of actors and actresses in Hollywood, this would have ended much sooner. But despite this slight hiccup, Clint Eastwood quickly completed production and post-production Juror n.2 for an expected release in a few weeks. To prepare for this, Warner Bros. revealed the first trailer of the feature film (video on the front page of an article).
Juror n.2 introduces us to Justin Kemp, an ordinary man who crashes his car into something one October night. Thinking it was a deer and finding no sign of the animal, he continued on his way. Only later there it was appointed juror. A man is accused of killing his girlfriend. The facts date back to October, it doesn’t take Justin long to understand that he is probably the real culprit in this affair. A proposal that promises a psychological thriller which promises to be exciting after these first images. We can therefore hope that Clint Eastwood ends his career in a very positive way.
A great cast and an upcoming release
In the casting of Juror n.2we find Nicola Hoult in the lead role of Justin Kemp. Once again Clint Eastwood wanted to portray an ordinary man dealing with an exceptional situation. The actor seems like a good choice for such a role. Alongside him, Toni Collette, JK Simmons, Chris Messina, Zoey Deutch and Kiefer Sutherland complete the cast. Note that Gabriel Basso plays the man accused of murder and Francesca Eastwood plays the victim.
Juror n.2 will be discovered by this October 30th in French cinemas.
