Netflix announced, this Thursday (10), that Nobody Wantsromantic comedy starring Adam Brody (The OC: Stranger in Paradise) and Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars), will get a second season.
“I know you want it!”joked the streaming platform on its social networks. The novelty premiered a few days ago and quickly became the most watched series on Netflix, overtaking Menendez Brothers: Parents’ Killerswhich occupied the first position. Check out the ad:

What is the story of Nobody Wants?
Nobody Wants tells the story of Joanne (Kristen Bell), a presenter of podcast agnostic, and Noah (Adam Brody), an unconventional rabbi, who just ended a relationship. The two meet at a party and leave together. Despite their religious differences, they get along very well and form a relationship. However, is love capable of surviving the different lifestyles and the intrusions of both families?
The novelty is inspired by the story of Foster with your husband, Simon Tikhmanwho should have married a Jewish woman, as tradition dictates. The two met in 2018, at a gym in Los Angeles, and got engaged the following year.
The idea for the series came up in 2019, when Foster was converting to Judaism at the beginning of his relationship with Tikhman. For the magazine Vulturethe creator stated that she considers Nobody Wants one “love letter” to the companion. Watch the trailer for the new feature:
