Alien: Romulus was a good proposal by Fede Álvarez who, failing to propose a new visual identity (as James Cameron, David Fincher and Jean-Pierre Jeunet had done before him), managed to satisfy the requirements of an Alien film. Confirmation has just arrived thanks to Steve Asbell, the president of 20th Century Studioswho spoke on the subject in a long interview with The Hollywood journalist.
We are currently working on an idea for the sequel. We haven’t finalized our deal with Fede (Alvarez) yet, but we’re going to make the movie and he has an idea that we’re working on.
