A few days after his presentation at the Obras Stadium (next Friday, November 1st), and upon his return from the European tour, Massacre takes the risk of being avant-garde and produces a video entirely equipped with artificial intelligence.
Yes, directed by Edu Wallace and Fernando Zagales and written by Fede Marcello, permanent creative collaborators of the group, “La Maquina del Tiempo” third extract from their new album “Nueve” It clearly refers to the history of the group and gives a nod to Walas and Santiago Motorizado, protagonists of this micro-film which takes place in an apocalyptic future not too far from the present.
The story tells the story of a man (Walas) who searches in the clandestine margins of the night for a complex that allows him to rediscover his youth and thus defy time.
The Dealer (Santi Motorizado) receives him in a futuristic bar, with robotic and hybrid gangs of humans and machines, to carry out the transaction.
After verifying the effectiveness of the chemical, Walas makes a large purchase, but in the middle of the exchange, the situation takes an unexpected turn when drugged police officers burst onto the scene to try to arrest them.
With this work, Massacre defies time and, as always, raises questions that even AI cannot silence. In a dystopian world: who controls who? Who manages who? Creation or invention artificial figure? Intelligence or simulation?
Whatever the answer, the group vehemently raises the dichotomy by using the tools of the future to save the values of the past.
