Agatha Ever Aftera new addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, came to an end last Wednesday, October 30th. However, as usual, the production left some loose ends, which should be explored in the future. But does this mean we will have a second season of the series?
In an interview with The Wrap, Jac Schaeffercreator and showrunner of Agatha Ever Aftertalked about the possibility of a sequel: “It’s difficult to talk about this, because I’m very aware that ideas are divided between different properties [intelectuais]”he explained.
“So really, all I can say is that, as a fan, I’m really excited about the duo. Billy Maximoff and his spiritual guide, the ghost Agatha. And I believe there are many opportunities for that”completed Schaeffer.
In the final episodes of the series, Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Story) ends up sacrificing himself to save the life of Billy Maximoff (Joe Locke, Heartstopper), but returns as a ghost and decides to help him find his brother, Tommy.
What is the story of Agatha Ever After?
In history, Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) is alone and without her powers — thanks to the spell of Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) at the end of WandaVision —, until a mysterious teenager frees her so she can help him walk the Witches’ Path.
To fulfill the young man’s request, Agatha Go out in search of your own covenbringing together an unconventional group of witches to face the magical challenge and full of trials, which will reward whoever survives it with everything they lack.
