What is the story of Murder in the White House?

In Killer in the White House, UZO ADUBA interprets detective CORDELIA CUPPwhich is called to investigate the mysterious death of AB WYTER (Giancarlo Esposito, Captain America: Admirable New World), White House butler, amid one of the most important events of the year.

While Harry Hollinger (Ken Marino, Veronica Mars), best friend and counselor of the president of the United States, believes it was suicide, detective rules out the possibility and starts an investigation to find out who is responsible for the murder from a long list of suspects, which includes even the singer Kylie Minogue and the actor Hugh Jackman. You may not have recognized ANDRE BRAUGHER by name, but certainly recognizes him for one of his most famous characters: the captain Raymond Holtfrom Brooklyn Nine-Nine(2013-2021). But what is the relationship of BRAUGHER with Murder in the White House?

Before died, in December 2023, victim of lung cancer, BRAUGHER had recorded some episodes of Murder in the White House like the butler AB WYTER. However, with his unexpected death, the production had to reshape the character, putting Giancarlo Esposito in your place.
