It is difficult to overestimate the need to take care of the pelvic floor muscles. A woman’s quality of life depends on the health of this area. Especially after childbirth – and even more so in adulthood.

Experts recommend practicing Kegel exercises regularly, and even better, engaging with special intimate massagers. However, immediately diving into the process and devoting time to female muscles every day is a tedious and difficult task. Therefore, to start, try to give your health at least one minute a day, stopping and doing this easy position.

  • Stand up straight and place your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your hands on your belt or in a comfortable free position.
  • Breathe deeply while controlling your abdominal muscles. They must be tense and tucked in, a protruding belly makes any exercise dangerous and ineffective.

The main task of this position is to correctly distribute stress areas. Control your breathing and direct the main load precisely to the zone of the hips and female muscles, trying not to overstrain the stomach and knees.

It should be noted that the exercise at first glance seems easy. The more often and intensely you practice it, the more new sensations you will get. And, of course, you will notice changes in well-being and figure!
