After two years of work in the study, Alejandro Sanz presents “And now what?”, A very special album.
“This question is the same that I ask each time I start a song, each time I finish a visit, each time I decide to start again and get up,” explains the singer.
Is it “and now what?” It responds to the important thing is not to fall, but to get up. And once you fall and get up, and now what?. “This is the question that we should ask ourselves every day,” he adds.
Registered between Spain and the United States, in “And now what?”, Alejandro Sanz worked with a new team of collaborators, producers and composers with whom, he said, he reformulated his traditional working methods.
And the result is an album which includes six new compositions, in which Spanish is engaged in a more sensual and less daily and customary verse.
After “Palm in the garden” and “I don’t feel well today”, the first two advances “and now what?” He comes out with a few surprises as a historical collaboration, both for their meaning and for the meeting of two emblematic artists.
What is it? After 20 years after his first musical meeting with “La Tortura”, Alejandro Sanz and Shakira share a single: “Kiss Me”.
Ah, and that’s not all, since Alejandro Sanz has just announced a new visit to Mexico, will start in September.
